Derecho climático y sostenibilidad: protección de la calidad del agua en España

Este artículo analiza la evolución de la legislación ambiental española en materia de calidad del agua, a la luz de los impactos del cambio climático, examinando su articulación con el principio de sostenibilidad como instrumento para proteger la disponibilidad hídrica. Mediante un enfoque metodológico inductivo y analítico, identifica los principales retos regulatorios que afectan a la gestión eficiente de los recursos hídricos. Concluye que la incorporación de parámetros de sostenibilidad en la regulación ambiental y las políticas públicas es esencial para garantizar la disponibilidad y la calidad del agua en un escenario de creciente escasez asociado a los efectos del cambio climático.
